PDF Suite - Interactive Brands Network RIP-OFF! DO NOT BUY! PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK! Attard Malta

I purchased PDF-SUITE because I wanted to be able to edit my PDF documents and then convert them to Word, both of which the INTERACTIVE BRANDS website for PDF-SUITE says the program can do. However, after purchasing the program, I find that it crashes all the time. The program can NOT convert PDF to Word because it crashes anytime I try to do that, and like others have said, it screws up documents when you try to edit something. For example, when converting Word to PDF it adds weird numbers/symbols to the document and none of the formatting of the PDF converted document matches the Word version. I've found that the majority of features do not work and cause CTDs. I have a new HP laptop with Vista on it and a year old desktop that has XP, and the PDF-SUITE crashes on both operating systems, so I know it's not a PC OD/Hardware issue.

However, my biggest complaint with PDF-SUITE and INTERACTIVE BRANDS is that there is NO SUPPORT for PDF-SUITE. I've tried using the support page on their website several times with no luck. The username and login that I've set up doesn't work on their support page even though the login information matches the confirmation email I received (and I tried re-registering several times with the same result). I've emailed and tried contacting them for support with no response. And I tried calling them using the support numbers on their website and only get an answer machine. I'm starting to think this product is a SCAM because they require your email and other information before you can even see the price of PDF-SUITE or to purchase it.

This is the first report I've filed on Ripoff Report and I usually don't care enough to complain, but my experience with INTERACTIVE BRANDS and PDF-SUITE made me so mad that I felt compelled to let others know so they don't waste their money on this product. I will be reporting INTERACTIVE BRANDS and PDF-SUITE to the BBB.
