PremiereTrades Program gives incorrect forex data Altamonte Springs Florida

After using the software for a number of months I found it started intermittently not updating the candles when the price changed. This only happened to me on the 15 minute and 5 minute time frames I was using to make my decision to trade. Also the Stochastics indicator consistently gives the wrong information. I didn't discover this until I was using another trading platform. Wouldn't you know it 2 other programs had the same number but Premiere Trade AI did not. Once you know the problem is there you know enough to avoid using the indicator and to verify the candles are updating correctly. The problem is until you know this you may be getting wrong information and making losing trades that can cost hundreds or thousands of dollars. The candles issue has been going on since at least October of 2008 and the Stochastics problem has been there since at least January 2009, but more likely the problem occurred on the release of an update to the software which occurred some time in 2008. I wonder how many people have lost money by placing trades based on incorrect data? I wonder why they don't either correct the problem or maybe give customers the option to use a previous version of the software that provides accurate information? I know they know about these 2 issues because I've told them about it more then once. I would think there are many traders out there using Premiere Trade that have lost money as a result of this? Any one interested in a class action lawsuit?
