I originally registered the Deubox software in December of 2006, was able to activate it, and have been using it without incident since then.   I have just done a reinstall of Windows XP on my computer and attempted to re-register the software with my valid purchase code.

Upon attempting to activate, the software could not connect to their servers.  The manual activation also failed.   When i went to their website to submit a problem report it ALSO failed and wouldn't submit.

Now, I'm discovering that there is NO support phone number for these people and no recourse to get my valid software working again.
