I bought a program from this lady on ebay. I received the program and it didn't work. I was frustrated and left her neutral feedback. She in turns leaves me negative feedback.

I email her to tell her it wasn't right for her to leave me negative feedback. She emails me back, tells me I'm lying about the disk not working and calls me a liar, a know it all, a control freak.

I try to reason with this lady and I get no where and the emails get worse.

I told her someone would literally have to "kiss her asshole" to score points with her. I was very mad at this time but that was my only vulgarity used. It wasn't calling her a name, just the way she seemed to be. In turn I received this vicious email:

"Notify eBay you dumb c****. Take some responsibility in you f***ing worthless life and and stop relying on eBay and others to stick up for your dumb ass. Use you f***ing ignore button like an adult would do you control freak. Now lick my ((REDACTED)) you ((REDACTED)). Report that to eBay you stupid b****, especially with the "lick ((REDACTED))" comment you stupid f****ing c***.

Now how's that for a response? Go f**** youself. You didn't try to be nice, you are a c*** who runs to others when she don't get her way and tries to be a control freak. It bothers you that you didn't get your way and now your only choice is to threaten some stupid report to eBay for harrassment. Obviously you are new at this, because you would know, if you can f***-ing read like you say you can, that eBay doesn't do shit about harrassment. They think dumb b****'s like you are responsible enough to use a block email and other sorts and stick up for themselves. You were always that little b**** in school that "told the teacher" when you didn't get your way and you are so easily read.

The bottom line is, it took about 4 or 5 emails from me to get that cheesy, (((REDACTED))) apology. When you apologize to someone with an excuse hanging out your fat ass, it isn't a f***ing apology.

Again, maybe you'll learn something. Now go get a f***ing life and stop casting stones from your glass house. Everyone can see your ugliness.

How does it feel to have someone come down to your level? I'm capable. The problem is, you'll never be able to come up to mine as you do not possess the intelligence. If you were genuinely nice, you wouldn't be this much of a c*** and your other feedback shows that.

This is a copy and paste, editting the vulgar words SHE used.

No call for such meanness. As you can see there is a webpage where she has my name, ebay name and email address listed.

I then go to the internet to see if I can find a webpage regarding this program she sold me for $7.99 and $3.99 shipping (it only cost her 56 cents to ship it to me) and I find out the program is an absolutely free program for anyone to download.

To me, this is a rip off!!

For including the name of the person in my report, I did not know it was illegal with them. And I have no way of taking it out. Only editting the contents but I'm not editting any of that because I stand by the fact that this person is a vulgar crude person who shouldn't be selling on ebay.

I apologise to ebay for not knowing it was wrong for me to use the sellers name in my report and according to ripoff I can not remove a report or edit the name and only content. At least I tried.

The information in this listing is all incorrect and an obvious retaliation because this person is a moron that can't operate simple software. This person was placed on my "bad eBayers'" page on my webpage where you can read about it at www.sherikaraoke.com.

The software she purchased from me is NOT available for free on the net and even if it is, there's no law in not being able to sell it. However, it wasn't free. Like any other software, there are other programs or files that may have to be downloaded to ASSIST the software.

These are called UPDATES for the computer illiterate which this person is. I've sold over 100 copies of this same software and she is the first one to complain. Her first complaint was she couldn't get it to work (because she had no clue what she was doing and is computer illiterate). Somehow she thinks owning a computer for 15 years makes her a software genius as she has told me.

Having 15 years of experience makes nobody "computer literate" just because you know how to turn one on and she thinks it does. Anyhow, after eBay denied her claim because she was WRONG, she then left me a negative feedback which I did for her as well and posted her on my webpage. Then she contacted the user "snybird" who gave her the idea to use this. It's true, the illiterate do stick together, though anyone with half a brain can read my outstanding feedback and know different.

Just I didn't allow someone to screw me out of money doesn't make me a "bad seller" and certainly doesn't constitute a "rip off". She got the CD she ordered and her own illiteracy was responsible for her not being able to operate it. So all she can do is make up the lies mentioned here to try to demean my character.

She will pay for it. This can not be removed and she is in direct violation of eBay's policy where she has listed my name on a page ourside of eBay. Therefore they have no alternative but remove her, so she will no longer be on eBay. When someone shows she breaks the rules and policies set forth by eBay by doing what she did here, how are you going to believe her story? It's that simple.

My name is Tom and I am a consumer advocate. I have to tell you the truth here.

Regardless of whether the product works or not -if your consumer has a complaint -you might try offering her to ship it back and send her another one. This one with easy to use instructions. Lord knows i would need em.

If you get negative feedback - rebutt it . But for gods sakes woman -even if you are in the perfect 100 % right here , swearing and yelling and 'talkin trash' does nothing but turn off anyone who reads this.

Even if all of your assertains are true -and they very well may be -the way u handled it makes everyone who reads this not want anything to do with you.

That had nothing to do with the consumer at all.

She states, that I contacted ebay first and then left her a negative feedback? I left her a "neutral feedback" before anything was even said. She in turn gave me a negative. (see my ebay name twinkles1955 for proof that it is a neutral. It wasn't until I received the above nasty email, that I contacted ebay.

And had I known it was illegal to post names on other websites, I would of just used her ebay name and not her full name. I'm all for policies and rules. Without them, this world would be crazier than it already is.

And for her to say because I told her I had 15 years computer experience makes me computer illiterate? What a ridiculous comment is that to make?

You can tell by the way I talk/write compared to her vulgarity and calling me names. I speak the truth, she makes up lies. So yes, I'm calling her a name now...she's a liar because she can't accept responsibility that something she might sell is damaged. Let alone the fact that it is freely available on the web for download. Ripoff. Like I said email me and I'll send you the link for the download. I purchased a vocal remover, she called it luxory something or other...when I tried to install it, it was called audacity something or other. I went to goodgle and typed in audacity vocal remover and well, you do the search and you will see that I speak the truth.

It's the same program she sold me, but yet it was an upgrade and fully functional!

Ok, let's get this straight, look at your email (copy and paste) and my emails to you.....who seems alittle off here?

First, I do have 15 years experience on the computer, to say I'm computer illiterate is ridiculous. Just because you sent me a disk that DID NOT work (I never said you did it on purpose) doesn't make me know how to work a program. And because you've sold 100 copies and I'm the first to complain doesn't mean I'm out to get you. Egads, you can't have a faulty disk? I would of gladly removed the "neutral feedback" had you replied with courtesy and respect. You think I care that you blocked me from your auctions (when I was still a member?), I wouldn't buy from you again, I'm surely NOT that stupid.

Second, the program is available for free download at Audacity. Same program as yours, but you call it different. I bought a vocal remover, when I received your disk, it didn't work, even with the download that it called for. I do a search on google for the software, to see if I could get some help, or if it was me. I find the software is a free download, updated version as well. If anyone wants to prove this, do a search in google for audacity vocal remover, you will find the site I'm talking about. If not, email me and I'll gladly give it to you. So, I'm not lying there either. Why would I make myself look like a fool when reporting this? *shrug*

Third, I left you neutral feedback, not negative. My ebay name is twinkles1955, check it out for yourself. Again, another lie. I did not notify ebay first, I notified ebay after I received your vulgar email.

Fourth, sure I got suspended from Ebay, no big deal. I have friends who will gladly bid on an item for me. However, I didn't realize it was against the rules to submit a report on someone and I didn't realize that ripoff would not edit it, once I submitted if I wanted to make a change. So to ebay I apologise for that. But to you Sheri, ha, it stays up with your full name and ebay name.

Fifth, if you think I made up the above/below copy and paste of an email, please email me and I will forward you a copy with the headers to prove it was sent to me. Obviously, the seller wants to again downgrade my honesty.

Sixth, screw you out of the money? I never even asked for a refund. Egads. It is a rip-off because you can get this program (although you call it differently) absolutely free, an updated version (but still the same!!!). And then to charge $3.99 for shipping when it only cost you 56 cents, is a ripoff too......I see you didn't dispute that at least. Wow!

This person is obviously upset that she not only is wrong, but had her feelings hurt because she simply can't operate simple software. In response to Tom, please read the issue more clearly. She did NOT want a replacement. She wanted her money back. People buy software all the time, make copies and then beg for their money back and when she didn't get it, she started this mess in retaliation.

NONE of the copy and pasted vulgarity she is placing here was said by me and she knows it. Anyone can make up those lies and it is apparent she has stooped to that level because she has NOTHING to fall back on. I've sold nearly 100 of that identical software and she is the ONLY person that has had a complaint. The percentage speaks for itself. ONE PERSON who bought that software who couldn't operate it has a complaint.

And this is how she shows it. This is why she isn't on eBay anymore. And her argument of being on a computer for 15 years is hysterical! I've been driving since I was 15...does that make me an expert? No, you don't have to be an expert to operate the software, but not all software is for everyone. Having been on a computer for 15 yers isn't any proof that you are past "literate". In fact it's worse.

If you have been on a computer for 15 years and you couldn't operate THIS particular software, that should give you some indication of your aptitude of computers...which basically isn't much. You shouldn't blame your own illiteracy on others, but taking it to this extent only shows a much more illiterate side to you.

I've done nothing wrong but sold you software that 100 others have bought and used with little or no problems. I've had ZERO complaints for that software until you. How long have you been on eBay? And you didn't know you can't post people's personal information? What's that say about your 15 years of "computer experience"?

The bottom line is you are very wrong and really making yourself look worse and worse each time you post these fake email messages that are supposedly from me that truly enhances your illiterate side over and over again and honestly demonstrates the depths in which you will crawl in desperation to beggedly plea a dead case. Simply put, you have one leg to stand on and it's wooden.

Please read her OTHER feedback by others she has dealt with on eBay to get the true story on who you think might have been rude.

We all know it is MUCH more difficult to maintain a high feedback as a seller than it is a BUYER on eBay. ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS PAY FOR YOUR ITEM. How hard is that? Then simply not be rediculous. She has an amazingly LOW 95.9 percent feedback as a BUYER! My feedback is just short of 99 percent and I sell over 300 items a week! I get negative feedback by people like her who complain when they have no real complaint. Sometimes I get it for items that don't get there in 3 days. 1 in a 100 will do that to a seller; it's just the way it is. But to be a BUYER with a 95 percent rate??? Just read some of the problems she's had on here. And she has the NERVE to put this page up?

You keep saying you're posting headers for this supposed copy and paste as some kind of alleged proof, but yet not only did I not see any headers, you're referring to an email sent to the user snybird...who also has been kicked off eBay. That's hysterical. You have obvous communication with him, but you fail to realize that his games were figured out a long time ago. This is a user who leaves comments on others' feedback like:

No, this is NOT the same software you download. They may perform the same actions, but it doesn't mean they are the same. Believe it not there illiterate one, more than one company makes a software that removes vocals. This is more obvious evidence of your illiteracy of software just as I said before. So you think Photoshop is the only picture editing software? There aren't any more out there? GROW UP AND LEARN SOMETHING. Just because you found a free download of software that also removes vocals doesn't mean it is the SAME SOFTWARE. Snybird has been reported to the police department for harrassment with phone calls and he himself was kicked off eBay. He may have gotten back on by now because it isn't difficult to do. EBay has a history of allowing people to get back on though they shouldn't be allowed to.

The bottom line remains. There was NOTHING wrong with this software except the user. For you to argue that 100 others had no problems and you being the only one that did is a silly argument. For you to make up all the copying and pasting and fill in your own words makes you a liar. I've already proven Snybird to be a liar. You are certainly guilty by association. He sent emails to eBay that were "supposedly" a forwarded email by another user to him about me that I sent her...turned out to be another email he made up and it was proven. He also did the same thing you are doing..he added a bunch of vulgarity to it in a sad attempt to make me look bad. Bottom feeders like you and him exist all over and we deal with you.

For the record, everything I have said about this user and snybird can be verified simply by going to eBay and doing a search for their user names and reading their feedbacks. Both are well below me and both are buyers. It isn't difficult to maintain a 100 percent feedback as a buyer. I buy a lot on eBay and have NEVER gotten a negative as a buyer. NEVER. Neither of these two sell on here under these names, so to have a 95 percent feedback is BAD. Anyhow, you can verifiy their feedbacks on their eBay profiles. The things said are there. As far as what she has said about me and snybird supposedly has said, you can't verify it because it doesn't exist. It is made up garbage in a sad attempt of staking a claim that I'm this mean old person when in fact she got her feelings hurt because she can't operate simple software. She apparently was reinstated to eBay, but she keeps repsonding to this which will get her kicked off eBay yet again. For some reason she feels like since she was reinstated, she can come back and here add more lies and it is all OK, but she'll learn when she sees her account removed yet again.

You didn't write that "copy and paste" that I first submitted? Who did then? Was it your husband? Your daughter? Son? Mother? Father? Grandmother? Grandfather? Cos only trash would write such vulgarity. Because it certainly wasn't me. Why would I write something like that to get back at you? It would only make me look foolish! I was embarrassed submitting it!

You know Sheri, why doesn't it surprise me that you would stoop so low as to say I wrote those vulgar words, just because you think I'm all bothered by getting a bad disk? That didn't bother me as much as your nasty attitude and vulgarity and lies. You think I'm associated with Snybird, you're wrong. You might as well think I'm associated with everyone you gave a negative feedback to and complaint. Sure, he emailed me a copy of your email but that was AFTER I filed this original complaint on ripoff. And then when I did use a "copy and paste" from one of your emails to him, I didn't even use his name........you put his name there. I was protecting his ebay name and real name as per ebay's rules. I see you like to bend them in this forum by using his name freely and then bring up others that have absolutely NOTHING to do with me.

But you know what, I don't really care what you think and I don't care if the people who read this thinks I made it up, because God knows the truth and that's the most important "being" there is to know who's telling the truth here and who's not. Cos in the end of this life on earth we all have to face God. I wonder, will you lie to Him too?

I can operate the software........I downloaded it for free from the internet. It works perfectly. Don't you think that maybe you had a bad disk or something? Do you think if you bought/sold 100 apples, that maybe there might be a few rotten ones in the bunch? Or are you so sure that every single apple you sell is perfect? I doubt it. But you can't accept the fact that you sold a disk that didn't work. Big deal. I never asked for the money back (why you ask? Because I read your replies to your feedbacks!)so saying that is YET another lie. I NEVER even asked for a replacement! As I found the program for absolutely free. And if anyone wants to know where this program is, feel free to email me at ladennis@insightbb.com (I give RIPOFF full permission to use my email address in this rebuttal) Also email me for a forward of her nasty letters. And it is definately the same software, on the disk she sent me, it's called Luxuriousity Sound, but when you go to intall it and the printed directions on the software itself, it's called Audacity. So I looked up Audacity Vocal Remover in Google and wallah, that's where I found the same software!

As far as the negatives I received on ebay are concerned, they are all from buyers that I left negative feedback for. Go figure. If you (the readers) doubt me, please buy something from Sherinhoustin on ebay.....and leave her negative feedback.) I won't go bother copying and pasting her feedbacks as I'm sure you all know how to look up a seller or buyer on ebay so that you can see for yourself how she reacts to negative or neutral feedbacks she receives. (I only gave her a neutral, I wish I had given her a negative now!!)

I've been driving for much longer than 15 years, no accidents, only 2 tickets. I'm 50 years old. So I think of myself as a expert driver. So your example of using your driving record is silly.

Hey you posted my name on a personal webpage and you've been on ebay how long? So we both made the mistake. You took it down according to ebay's rules only after they told you too apparently as they did me. Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) ripoff will not change or remove reports once filed. I apologised to ebay for my mistake of using your name. But I didn't know that it was wrong to use a seller's name on a website of this sort. We all make mistakes, I admit it. I made one big one buying merchandise, that is freely distributed on the web, FROM YOU. And even if it wasn't available on the net for free, it was a mistake buying from you, you're vicious. And you say you have me blocked so I can't buy from you again? Who cares, I wouldn't buy from you again anyways!!!! Oh and guess what, since I have apologised to ebay (and I am all for rules and regulations) for not knowing using seller's names were against their policy, and trying to get Ripoff to remove your name here, they reinstated me :D Happy Day! So you're only making yourself look sillier. :D You should of checked your own link on your bad ebayers page. Doh!

So keep on posting your lies Sheri. Like I said, God knows the truth and that's all that matters TO ME. And if any of you readers really want to know the truth, buy from her and leave her negative feedback. Or just look her ebay name up on ebay and read her viciousness when left a neutral or negative feedback.

And again to ebay, I apologise for using her name in my original report but she keeps replying using her real name here now. And that's NOT my fault!!!!

I laugh at the supposedly copy and paste.

She quotes "you're referring to an email sent to the user snybird...who also has been kicked off eBay. That's hysterical."

She was referring to a copy and paste I submitted about an email that was sent to this user from her. How did she know it was Snybird when I didn't put his name there? And if she was that vulgar to Snybird, doesn't it seem fit that my copy and pastes of her emails to me should be just as vulgar? So you see Sheri, you put your own foot in your mouth. The truth always finds it's way out. :)

And the funny thing is on her personal webpage about me, she writes that I editted the email and put the vulgarity in there and said do you kiss your loved ones with that filthy mouth. I kiss my loved ones with a mouth that speaks the truth. You, Sheri, do you even have any loved ones to kiss with that fifthy mouth of yours?

This is my absolute last post on this issue. I've proven myself beyond a shadow of a doubt.
