I found a charge of over $70 on my bank account that reference a company "SOFTWARE HQ". I did not know of this company and had never done anyknown business with them. My bank gave there phone number. When I call them they said that the charge was for a "membership that I had purchased. I denied it. They said that I did buy it but that they would fund "part" of the purchase price, keeping a "service charge". I told them that keeping any part of my money was unacceptable as I never signed up for the "membership" They are now refusing to communicate with me and as of this posting I have receive any funds back from them. My bank canceled the credit card for me and said that they will "look into the matter". This company makes money by either getting away with their "membership scheme" by keeping the dues charged or by keeping the funds that they keep if they do refund some of it. In any case, it is a way for them to steal.
