I ordered an item that was shown as available on their website. They took my money, then said it was back-ordered and have have not heard from them since. They cannot be contacted - they won't respond and they won't send the software or return my money. They will not even respond to the BBB. Now, I see that this is what they do. They are in the busienss of taking money from people and then dissapearing. They are crooks and should be stopped.
