I bought the SX3 software from David Lewin with SX3 several months ago along with the 20 user license for about $3000.
I was told I could have up to 20 users on the software at the same time "no problem". They even had a company that they recommended I use for remote hosting.
Signed up and sent my money. They loaded the software on the remote server and Ooops! I guess you can only have 2 users on at a time.
Apparently I am the 1st sale they have ever done! They either lied to me or had never set up a 20 user license before!
When I told them I wanted a refund they stated they have a no refund policy!
I told David Lewin that I wanted to speak with the owner and he said he was an owner, however if you go to the AZ Secretary of State he is not listed anywhere on the corporate documents! Another Lie!
I am now 3 months into owning this piece of trash and still cannot use it for it's intended purpose!
BEWARE OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM THESE GUYS! THEY ARE SLIMY!

I am the operations manager of a national law firm that has been using the SX3 software for over 3 years. We currently have over 100 users and a majority of our users log into our server remotely at the same time. Unfortunately, the author of the complaint is not being honest about the software. I currently have 100 plus users that are using our software and I have had zero issues. We have attorneys all over the nation that log into the software and have never had an issue. SX3 and their employees have been very easy to communicate with and have always been there for our firm. The software is extremely user friendly and a great resource. I would highly recommend the SX3 software and the employees behind it.
