SymplisIT Corporation - Driver Magic did not work properly, actually caused more problems, then no reply to emails, no support from a company that 'focuses on SERVICE' Internet

I was trying to fix a friends laptop, which had driver problems with its USB ports, so after much time trying to solve the problem, I turn to the internet and search google, to find 'Driver Magic' from SymplisIT.

I then purchase Driver Magic, for approx $30AU, and run the program, 'Great', I think, as it scans the computer and finds a few other issues, then downloads the updates, but then AFTER a reboot, find that it hasn't solved the USB issue, but has not affected the sound drivers too.

I then contact SymplisIT, asking if there is a way to re-run the program, as it seems to only scan once. After a week with no reply, I email them again, polietly.

A week or two later, still no reply, so I email again, you guessed it, still no reply, so I get sick of this, as I have obviously been ripped off, by a program that hasn't done what was advertised, so I email them demanding my money back.

No money, No reply, so much for the 'focuses on SERVICE' bit.

Not happy, probably most of all because they didn't reply to me once, and this was a good 2 months or more ago.
