I was looking at some information at direct@adobesystems.com when an Ad for a Adobe Suite with a holiday discount was listed in the right hand column.  I ordered a CS4 Suite for my Mac 2 weeks ago. I waited a week and called concerning my order. There has been no live chat line and all I have received is a message being closed for the holiday and would reopen January 4, 2010 no response to my e-mails or phone messages. After googling the company I found several other complaints from dissatisfied customers. I'm also told that the company has not been open and no has been there for weeks. The manager of the building resides next to the unit and no one has picked up the mail. They took my money and no product.
