I would understand being upset if you bought a dell computer from dell and didnt get a dell monitor, but this is a third party computer retailer. Where did they promise you a dell monitor? Or did you just assume that you would get  a dell monitor to go with a dell computer? Unless you have something in writing that says they were selling you a dell monitor, a lawyer will be worthless. No rip off here.
