TRX Tax Software TRX Software sold me tax software and than went into my computer to set it up they did not set it up correctly and i am experiencing problems accessing the program and my network when i spoke to them Murfreesboro, Tennessee

TRX Software is a company that may not charge you much for their tax software but there is a reason for it their software may not work or their support will not give you the support you need. They sold me their program and set it up on my office computer incorrectly which cause a problem with my network and every time i opened the tax program i lose the network connection, when i contacted them they did not want to take any responsibility for their action and kept insisting that it is a network issue and not their software but when i asked them why i do not have any network problems when your program is not opened they did not offer an answer. In the mean time i am not working and can't prepare taxes during the very busy tax season.  So i went and purchased software from another software vendor .  In conclusion cheap may be very very expensive. DO NOT USE TRX IT MAY NOT BE WHAT YOU THINK IT IS.
