I signed up for iambigbrother software from tybeeware and charged 30.00 to my credit card. I received confirmation of order and order number that said they received order and most orders are filled in two hours but some may take 48 hours. That was a week ago. I have sent at least 20 emails to the so called 24 hour support. No wonder the dot.coms are not doing well. I will never order online again.
