Video Professor / Scam Artist No refund after 2 1/2 months, Internet

I ordered the e-bay software with a 14-day trial period and needed more time since I was out of town.  Called customer service and was granted 30 more days.  I returned the unused program within the 30 days and still cannot get a refund!!!  I have called several times and still can't get it.  They charged my account $190.00 and $6.95 for the next program that they were getting ready to ship that they never did ship.  I still haven't gotten that refund either.  The customer service people could careless about law suits as well.  They must be pretty hard up for employment to be able to continually lie to people.  It has be said that it is easy to lie when you can't see who you are lying too.  I guess that is true.
