Wild Tangent Wildgames Unauthorized monthly credit card charge, Internet

On the HP notebook pc there's HP games, where I bought my child a game, it's supposed to be one time charge (there's no wording at all saying there's a monthly charge, otherwise I would not buy). After couple months, I found they charged 6.99$ every month. My child only played the game for a very short while, so I believe in the game account there are lot of unused wildcoins.
So I contacted their support (only email is available) and the support guy keep play games with me, they are not honest at all and from other reports on this website I dont think they will refund my money.
It's a shame to HP as well since they used wild games as their desktop game provider.
I will file BBB complaint and also complain to HP.
