On July 18, 2009, I went on line to www.yasasoft.com and paid for a program called YASA MP4 Video Converter. When I ordered it, I got an email saying they had received my order and would send me a registration code within 2 hours via email. I have not received a registration code yet. All emails to the company have been ignored. After looking up the company on the Internet, I have found that they use a proxy webserver and that numerous other people have had a similar experience. I have disputed the charge with my credit card company and filed a complaint with the U.S. Department of Justice (www.ic3.gov). Beware of this fraudulent company!
