Blue Hippo Funding Failed to issue refund check Failed to return calls,e-mails and all other attempts to speak to a member of management Baltimore Maryland

Last year i decided to get a personal computer. I was having some finacial problems and I could'nt afford to buy one out right. I had heard the ads on the radio for Blue Hippo. I thought it would be a good idea. So I gave them all the pertinent information to my checking account so I could have the payments taken out. They told me after I made 3 payments they would send me a 20" flat screen T.V. well, I made more then three and I never recieved my T.V.

I then had some fraud on my account and my bank closed my account and reissued me a new one. However, I forgot to notify blue hippo of this, and I had forgot about them altogether for a month or so. I called them and set up my new account infomation with them.

The next couple of months had gone by and I noticed they had not taken any money out of my account. by this time I was no longer interested in the computer. I called their customer service department to explain the situation. They told me they would send me a refund minus the processing fee.(like $300.00 fee) so i was expecting a check "within 45 days" of about $240.00 well 5 months and a phone call every week away,

I still have not recieved my check. I call customer service and get the same thing every week. "Be patient." "I understand." "just give it a couple more days." I have told them that they may have sent it and it could have been lost in the mail but they could'nt even tell me (or would'nt)if one had been mailed.

So 5 months later i have decided to contact the BBB and Ripoff Report since they cant seem to give me answers maybe they can answer to someone else.
