CEC Solutions LLC Still waiting for delivery after seven months McLean, Virginia

The TV ad clearly said "Order your computer today and have it delivered by next week." We called them in early February. They sent us some paperwork and it was signed and in their hands before February 19, 2009. They said as soon as the paperwork was completed, they would ship my items. We are now into September and have not received the computer, the Wii game system, the software bundle, or the MP3 player that was part of this deal. Each time we call them for a ship date, all we get is excuses. They "claim" there are paperwork delays, and next time manufacturing delays, and next time shipping delays, or any excuse as to why they cannot even tell us when our items will ship. All the while, they continue taking $57.99 every two weeks from our bank account, to the current total of $880.00 so far. The grand total should be $1600.00.

We now find pages of complaints against CEC Solutions on various internet complaint sites, including this one. (Hindsight is 20/20.) We fear we will never get our items. They say if we stop making payments we will lose everything including the Wii station, the MP3 player, and the software bundle.

We have seen their rebuttals on this website claiming that the system will ship after five consecutive payments. That is bull. We have made "15" consecutive payments and they still cannot give us a ship date. And again, their TV ad clearly said "Order today, have your system next week.".
