Pay throught PAYPAL 470 USD.
Waited more then month, but hadnt recieved NOTEBOOK.

TRY to connect with seller. First time connected with sales services - they resend me to CHAD MESSENGER, try to connect with him - no answer. Second time call by any phone of certified computer xchange - no answer.

Make a file a complient to PAYPAL, EBAY.
PAYPAL no reaction!
EBAY just recomended put file a complient to IC3, US mail, but no other reaction.
Did all by procedure of eBay and PayPAL in time, but their SAFETY and TRUST DEPARTMENT was nothing to do.
eBAY and PAYPAL gave a guarante of safety this POWER SELLER and money transfer at the moment of purchasing. BUT realy it is a not working scheme. All it's prommise is EMPTY. Worldwide companies are lies, I was shoked.

Just now no moneyback, no notebook.

First,did you file a report with Ebay saying you didnt receive the item or should I say with the dispute counsel... If not you need to do that first, because if you used PayPal you are protectd up to certain amount. Hope you either get your computer or credit to your paypal account.
