CPU Parts Deal Ordered a Hard Drive and never received it!! Woodside, New York

I ordered a hard drive from this merchant to be shipped by FeDex 2 day on December 28, 2010. The order went throught and I received a confirmation email. I waited until the next day by no tracking number was sent by email so I decided to contact the merchant.

The first time I called I noticed that the telephone connection was very bad. I spoke to someone with very bad English. He said my order had been received and had been shipped. He assured me it was an oversight and the tracking number would be sent that day. No tracking number in my email when I got home.

Two days later I contacted the merchant again. Still the same bad telephone connection and the same person on the other end. This time when I asked him about the tracking number he said it shipped out by USPS ground. I told him that I paid for Fedex 2 Day service. The response was, "It has been shipped, have a nice day." End of conversation.

I waited for almost thirty days and then filed a report with my bank since the item was purchased on my debit card. It was never shipped. Every time I checked the status online it said inventory check and I left it at that. To protect me from any further loss the bank canceld my card and issued me a new one and credited my account for the amount of the transaction.

The bottom line is this company is ripoff. They will take your money and that's it. You will not receive any merchandise, so please, please stay away!!!!!
