Fry's Electronics could care less about the customer. Anyone that has had to return a item to the store knows that they are looking for anyway they can scam you the customer. I recently purchased a product from them in a closed box and when I got home the product inside the box was not the product I purchased. The store refused to exchange the product. They treated me like I was a criminal. Funny...while I was in line, I heard many others feeling the same way. Can you believe this place stays in business? I look forward to the day when I see "Going out of business' on the doors!

"Can you believe this place stays in business?"

No, I can't. They've been repackaging broken and returned junk and putting it back on the shelves for years. I quit buying there 10 yrs. ago when I bought a bunch of network cards and 70% of them had obviously been previously returned by someone else. Over half of the cards didn't work. One employee showed me their shrinkwrapping machine in the back where they made returns look like new (on the outside).

Buying anything from this company is a crapshoot.
