PC Planet Systems Pcplanetsystems.com have no customer support, line is unanswered, no live chat, though one is given online and is bogus Costa Mesa, California

I placed an order with this company and never got a confirmation email on the motherboard I was purchasing.  I paid extra for fedex delivery.  I never received an email confirmation, nor a delivery date.  When I tried to call customer support, I left my phone on speakerphone for over 20 minutes and no one answered.  Their live chat link did not work either.  I thought OK, maybe I was in a hurry and didn't press the right button to place the order, so went back the next day to re-order.  Same item, but the price was all of the sudden 80 bucks less!  Tried customer support again, no answer, just phone ringing, no live chat either, no way to get to support.  They finally emailed me back two days later to let me know both my orders had been cancelled and now the first order is being processed through my bank!  I have three emails stating that all my orders had been cancelled, then tonite found out that they are "processing" payment through my bank.  Stay the heck away from these people.  If I had done the research in the first place, I would have known better, there are lots of rip off reports on these people, but being a tax accountant instead of a computer person, I was totally unaware!  I may actually have to close my business checking account and open a new one to get this problem to go away!
