Simple Credit Plus ripoff Deltona Florida

In july of 2003 i spoke with someone with a foreign accent about a credit card, gave them my checking account# to authoize i had a checking accout. NOT for them to withdraw money. That wasn't the deal. They withdrawed 198.00 from my account. After i acknowledged what was done I called asking to hear the recorded phone converstation. Never was done . when i would called for more info i was rushed off the phone every time. Well they have some kind 10 day no refund plan, but they were having a problem with there bank, not mind because the withdrawal was made with my bank .

They were telling me i was still in some kind of processing problem stating they didn't get the money. After a month & 1/2 it was the same thing. Well i took it upon my part and faxed them my bank statements to confrim that they withdrawed the money. Then they finally activated my account and i asked for them to refund my money but they said the refund period was over which wasn't my fault. It was on there bank. So still to this day I'm 198.00 in the hole with simple credit plus with nothing to show for. I know they are located in Florida somewhere and I was hoping someone could help me get my money back.
