I am a Judgment Enforcer, and I also investigate internet fraud, and billing disputes. I have been a long time customer of Tiger Direct and have spent thousands of dollars there on computers and other electronic accessories. I have also collected hundreds of dollars on their rebate policy's since 2001.
I have also returned two products and my account, or credit card was credited within 30 days from Tiger Direct.
James, you should'nt bad mouth an otherwise highly creditable company like Tiger Direct, just because you did'nt follow directions. I always gather all paperwork after opening the box, and pay particular attention to any small pieces of paper before I put the item in question to the test.
You, and you alone failed to follow the rebate proceedures, and are therefore not entitled to your rebate. Any reasonable attorney would tell you the same thing. Litigate all you want, but you will only come up with what you have now. No case.
