Complete untruth. Buyer received items both a keyboard and battery. USPS Tracking #420473749101805213907748637953 and #4204737490180513907693682718. Clearly shows every singe item was delivered. The buye received 5 emails and at the top of each email it clearly stated our support site. The buyer jumped to conclusions and didnt bother to read in capital letters and in **** all the way around that stated "CONTACT US" with a link to our support site. The buyer was given this 5 times during each purchase since he purchased 2 items it was a total of 10 times he was presented with the link. The buyer initited false information on this site and the tracking numbers and status clearly shows the item delivered.
