I wish I had see Ripoffreport.com before buying the exam materials from http://www.pass-guaranteed.com, I see the materials in my members area, however when I try to download the files I am not able to download the PDF file and the software. Poor after sale support, none. I tried to reach them, no one is available to help. The website claims instant download, hence I tried to buy. Now it is a pain, and waste of time. I thought of recommending this site to other members in my team, but now, I am sorry it is a very bad experience with this site. 

Right now, I don't know what to do. The http://www.pass-guaranteed.com, feels that I have downloaded the content and not allowing me to try again.

I am stuck. I am requesting Pay Pal for a refund, I know it is tough.

Hope someone from this company takes care of this issue..
