At 8pm on 1-16-08, I attended a "free" 2-plus hour seminar at the Clarion Hotel in Pensacola,Fl. that was supposed to teach myself and others how to buy and sell on Ebay. The Ebay part lasted 10 minutes, and the rest of the time we were hustled by speaker Richard Layton into purchasing a $20 CD,and told that Ebay was only a "piece of the pie"that the whole internet was. When the seminar concluded,I left with the feeling that I had been ripped-off.At 7pm CST on 1-24-08 I was phoned by Jeff Candrian at 1-800-459-0168 x3303,who claimed to be in Utah, and worked for Clickincome, and he requested all of my credit card types and numbers.I hung up on him.Today,on 3-28-08,I received in the US mail a bill for $19.90 for 2 months hosting of a website that I never requested, nor wanted, nor used, nor was even aware that it existed.I then contacted the sales manager of the Pensacola Clarion at 1-850-474-0100,who agreed that it sounded like a scam, and that I should contact the BBB of Sandy,Utah.I then phoned and left a message at Clickincome ,at 1-801-571-0016 x2.In my message I informed them that I possess a law degree, and that I would be contacting the BBB of Sandy,Utah. They have yet to return my call.I am now contacting you. This is up-to-date info,if I have anymore,I'll contact you again.Thanks.

Clients Report has many false claims.

AUTHOR: Clickincome - Sandy (U.S.A.)

Clickincome did not make any unauthorized charges on this clients account.

This client claims "I received in the US mail a bill for $19.90 for 2 months hosting of a website that I never requested, nor wanted, nor used, nor was even aware that it existed." However this statement is false in the following ways:

1) During the seminar it is clearly stated (Multiple times) that along with your $20 ticket to the four hour training session you will also receive access to our Easy to Auction software. This software comes with a 30 day free-trial and then is $9.95 a month after that. With no monthly commitment; you can cancel anytime and cancellation instructions are provided clearly on the back of the contract.

2) The front of the contract clearly states above the signature the following:

"Easy2Auction (Auction Management Software, Unlimited Support) $9.95 Monthly Service Fee.*"

"Auction Success Inc. will begin billing for monthly service 30 days after receiving this Account Set-Up and Activation Form and each month thereafter from your Credit/Debit card to make payments for your service. If a Credit Card is not provided or in the event that the provided card is declined Auction Success Inc. will begin billing Client(s) via paper bill. "

"*Client's Authorization
By signing below, you authorize Auction Success Inc. to bill you for the above mentioned monthly service fees associated with the software. This authority will remain in effect until revoked by you, 10 days prior to billing, with written notice being mailed to Auction Success Inc., 9543 South 700 East, Suite 200, Sandy, Utah 84070. Until Auction Success Inc. actually receives such notice you agree that Auction Success Inc. shall be fully protected in honoring any such electronic transfer advance. Terms and Conditions on the reverse side."

Every client receives a copy of the contract that they sign at the seminar. This client followed our correct cancellation procedures as stated in their contract on 4/10/08 and has since had their account canceled.

An additional copy of his contract can be provided to the client upon request.

We do indeed offer a free two hour seminar that talks about a variety of topics including eBay, websites, payment methods like Paypal and merchant accounts, etc.

We then provide an OPTIONAL additional 4 hour training session and access to Easy to Auction for $20. I am unsure why this client chose to go to the optional $20 training session if he had the feeling he had "been ripped-off".

Due to the clients misunderstanding we have also written off their outstanding balance. If the client has any further questions or concerns we will gladly address them.
