I paid what I thought would only be $2.87 s&h for a cd showing how to access the grants the government has for going back to school single moms. The whole thing turned into a fee being taken out of my account three times of $68.94!! I opted out of the monthly fee and said I only wanted the free cd and thats it. I didnt pay attention until September 3 when I had to get a printout of my checking account because things were not right I was being overdrawn when I know I had something positive in my balance.                                                                               

They were alerted by me on July 12, 2009 by phone and by email that I chose not to receive the monthly service and the proper channels were covered. I just found out that they took out $68.94 on 8/04/09 and I was charged a $34.00 overlimit fee for that then on 9/04/09 they charged me another $68.94. I preceded to call and email them immediately and the lady I talked to was very arrogant and mean.

I finally received a $68.94 refund but she wouldnt give me the rest of it saying it was too far back. Now this refund was for August and she Then she says that I should be grateful she even gave me that because they dont do refunds!!! I am appalled and I now know that they are scammers and something should be done because I cant afford this and the money being taken out was not my fault. I need help now because that was the only money I had to pay some bills with I have 3 girls and im the only one who has money coming in. They should be stopped!!!!!!! This has caused me a lot of headache and sleepless nights.
