I found a seven day trial for resume improvement online and used the service for a couple of sessions. I then decided I got the same information at the unemployment office and cancelled on day 6. I made the mistake of not printing or saving my cancellation confirmation. I thought I was all set. I did not notice the charge being automatically withdrawn from my account for 5 months. When I emailed I got form letters back, when I called, I got you will hear tomorrow. They decided to credit me back 2 months and closed the issue. I am now filing a dispute with my credit card company. I should not be charged foe any months in this issue. This is a big problem with trials. I put this on my calandar and cancelled with one day left.

Dispute

Unfortunately, what you got back is all you're gettig back. Any charges over 90 days cannot be disputed through your credit card. These companies know that there is a 90 day window to dispute charges and hope that people dont notice. I hope you have learned to look at your credit card statement every month to keep this from happening in the future?
