Pass-guaranteed.com advertises a "money-back guarantee" on failed exams. I purchased certification training material for the 642-825 exam from pass-guaranteed.com. When I received the material, I noticed right away that the material was outdated even though the site stated "updated May 09, 08". Although the material was of little help, I failed the exam by a very slim margin. Nevertheless, I spent $150 to fail the exam. On May 30th, I sent pass-guaranteed.com a copy of the failed exam and followed the site instructions to get a refund. I received one email from a Michael. S asking "Are you saying you did not pass the exam?” I sent follow up emails on 6/3, 6/5. 6/13, 6/16. I still have not received an email or status. I starting to do a search on pass-guaranteed.com and found several people who have been ripped off by this site.
