TestKing Test King Never Delivered Printed Materials Internet

I ordered the Cisco CCDA exam questions and answers exam preparation software - along with a printed hard copy of that material - from Test King on September 19th of this year. The printed materials did not state when they should arrive so I e-mailed Test King and they stated they would arrive by U.S. Mail in 10 to 14 days.

It has now been 56 days since I ordered the printed CCDA exam Q&A materials and it still has not arrived. I have sent Test King multiple e-mails, to multiple groups there. They have replied to some e-mails, but not all. Each time they have assured me the materials should arrive shortly. They finally sent me a "shipping slip" to prove the items were mailed. That shipping slip states at the top it was mailed from "FAISALABAD GPO-38000." When I looked that up it is a post office in Pakistan!

No wonder I have not received the materials I bought and paid for. The TestKing website says they are owned by a parent company in the United Kingdom. If so, why are they shipping materials from Pakistan?! Talk about shady. I have not recevied replies to my last two e-mails to TestKing asking that they re-send the materials from within the U.S. or they re-ship them using a trackable shipping method.

This is really disappointing and frustrating. My employer paid for the CCDA software and hard copy materials based on my recommendation that we use the Test King products to help ensure I can re-certify my CCDA soon. Now I have to tell my employer we went with a product that never delivered and appears to be very shady.
