So let me get this straight. You ordered something online. When it arrived, you didn't remember where it came from so you called on it and because the connection was bad or the quality of the recording was poor you became afraid and decided to not continue looking into the product that you thought might be helpful to you before. Then, after ignoring the issue, you were billed and you called and challenged the charges and the company promptly refunded your billing. And now, you're posting negative comments about that company because the $30 they charged was the last you had and therefore you had to go without smokes and a bus ride. (As a smoker, I'm willing to bet you became resourceful and created the means to get some cigs)
OMG, what a predicament! I wish all of my customer service troubles were as friendly and simple to resolve as yours was. I don't know alot about the products in question, but in the end it sounds like this company was completely cooperative and the person complaining is lashing out because he is frustrated and broke.
Perhaps Adam should listen to that inner-voice that prompted him to look for financial enlightenment in the first place and stop attacking the solution because it didn't work like magic for him?
