Aqua Maid - Purely Water Group - B & B Promotions - FL Fraud Lakeland, Jacksonville Florida

Aqua Maid Water Systems, Inc. of Lakeland, Florida is not involved in the claims made by Sara M. The company B & B Promotions doing business as Purely Water of Cincinnati,Ohio is not the same company as Aqua Maid Water Systems, Inc. and they are the company that is involved with Sara M. Aqua Maid Water Systems, Inc. requested a copy of all Mrs. Metcalf's paperwork at time of sale and the paper work clearly states B & B Promotions doing business as Purely Water of Cincinnati, is the company that made the sale and Aqua Maid Water Systems, Inc. is not involved in the transactions.

On May 23 I received faxed materials from this company in which it is acknowledged that the water system was never installed in my home. It is further acknowledged that the words "installation completed" were added by a company employee above my signature on the Order for Installation form.

The writer of the letter is Fernando Faria, representing B&B Promotions/Purely Water. He states that a credit will be issued to Bank of America. It has now been more than 30 days and no credit has been received.

Aqua Maid of Lakeland is the factory - not the sales arm - so I acknowledge that they should not be named in the complaint. BUT the Better Business Bureau of Northeast Florida report states that Purely Water group does business under the name "Aqua Maid Water Systems, Inc." with the same phone number as the factory location in Lakeland. Go figure. The BBB report also goes on to state that "this company has an unsatisfactory record with the Bureau due to unanswered complaints.
