Banksafe USA Misrepresented themselves and money from my account Miami, Florida

Banksafe called and misrepresented themselves as working with banks on fraud cases.They had my checking account information as well as information from a check from paying a bill on line.I sent them a refund letter,I got a call from one of the representatives that they received it.I never heard from them,this has been since last yr August.I called and spoke with Ari the president of this company,I spoke with his associate.I left plenty of messages and I have as of yet to see my refund of 295.Ive waited and waited.Ive been forced to contact you to do something about it.

Refund issued 6 weeks ago, please call for confirmation

Hi Pamela,

I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience you may be experiencing as a result of your registration with our program, and subsequent cancellation request. If you are the same client I am thinking of, I remember having the billing department issue a rush refund to you as soon as getting off the phone with you. If you had indicated that you were sold the plan deceptively, not only would your refund have been sent immediately; the contract with the marketing group you dealt with originally would have been suspended or terminated.

Please contact me directly so that we can track the whereabouts of your refund and claim. If I have no record of the refund check clearing my bank accounts, I will issue a stop payment on the original, and ensure that a new check is sent to you immediately!

Again, I am sorry for the confusion, and rest assured, we have cut many contracts with call centers for the very same reason stated in your report... Hire outside sales groups seemed like a cost effective marketing strategy in the beginning, but it has turned into nothing but complaints and bad publicity for my company. It is a shame, because we do good work, and often resolve most matters that clients request service for.

Once you get your refund, I will still be happy to assist you with any consumer protection services you may need, free of charge. I would like to maintain the integrity of my business and show you what we can do. My direct line is 1-800-949-4305, please call, and identify yourself as Pamela from Rip Off Reports so that I may quickly track whether you were the individual I had attempted to refund a month and a half ago, I will even fax you proof of the check copy, and if your refund was lost in the mail, as promised, a new check will be prepared A.S.A.P. I realize there are a couple of reports on my program, but I assure you that when they get to my desk, they are resolved promptly.

Although some of these reports actually have updates about my efforts to resolve complaints as well as reports from satisfied customers who have indeed received their refunds and/or service, many do not update anything even after my company has made good on promises. Please call me, and update this report accordingly once you are satisfied with the resolution handling.
