Danilo Rippa R.G.A. - E.G.A. Emporio - "maximillio" ripoff scam con artist Herndon Virginia

He pulled up next to me in a Grayish Nissan XTerra, it seemed new(but I guess now that it was rented, it still had the adhesive on the passenger side window), and asked for directions to the airport, gave me the same schpiel about taxes and what not, asked for 600$ so that he could buy 2 PSPs for his kids back home in Milano, Italy. I was wary of him but i decided that heck they're nice jackets (I thought. They were probably less than $100 a pop), so ill buy them anyways. so i gave him 2 PSPs... i was surprised that he accepted them, instead of the 600 bucks(the only reason that i believed him), he told me that he was calling his wife, and started speaking "Italian" which should have tipped me off... it was pretty bad.

Anyways that was like between 5:00 and 5:30 EST (not DST) on Saturday, April 1, 2006. I thought to myself that i should get the plates just in case, but i never did. now i regret it, and i feel really stupid. The first thing that i did when i got home was to check the logo for "Emporio" the three jackets that he sold me, and the logo is wrong. it has little tips jutting up from the end of the wings, and the lines through the wings are not horizontal, theyre curvy. the man, "Max[imillio(n)] had longish dark hair, no glasses, blue jeans, white shirt and black pinstripe jacket, a gold necklace and a hairy chest. he also had boots on (like workboots, not nice ones) and im pretty sure he had a red handkerchief somewhere. he was not clean shaven. and was about 5'8" and of medium build.
