First Credit Alliance

On 6/20/99 I sent $60 to a pre-approved credid card company that $60 was also encluded an extra $15 for seven day turn around tow weeks later I recived a notice stating for an extra $45 my credit limit would be increased from $5000 to $15000 so I sent it off the same day 7/12/99 after three months of no word I sent them a letter asking what was taking so long my reply was stop being so impatiance they had no control of the credit companys, after that I requested a refund the company sent me a refund form, the form stated I would recive my refund within two weeks after they recive it. Its now been six months I have sent another letter requesting resolve but no reply ever came.From day one I have sent a totle of 5 letters plus my refund form and this company has done nothing to resolve this problem.
