Hard to believe that Carl Carranza and Flashcast Kids are still in business, despite the numerous warnings on the internet and the convictions for FRAUD.

Does anyone read the Better Business Bureau reports?

Nature of Business

This company's business is operating an advertising service for would-be models.

Bureau File Experience

We rate this company as having an unsatisfactory business performance record based on a pattern of complaints that cause us concern.

Complaints generally allege the company fails to perform promised services. The company responds to most complaints by stating, they do not guarantee or promise employment and by explaining how their services are delivered. They also refer to their " no refund " and " no cooling off " policies, which they contend are clearly disclosed in the contract the clients sign. In general, they denied refund requests and requests to cancel the contracts. In some cases, offers are made to extend services.

The Better Business Bureau does not endorse, recommend or disapprove of any product, service or company.

On May 17, 2002, Flashcast, and its principal, Carl Carranza, were convicted of 10 counts of using false and misleading advertising in violation of the California Business & Professions code. The company and Mr. Carranza were placed on probation for 36 months and ordered to pay a fine of $4,050.00. LET GET OUR MONEY BACK AND SHUT THEM DOWN

AUTHOR: COLE - (United States of America)

All I am going say is that I am pretty pissed off and  sure I got cheated also. The stories I have heard happen to me also the same way. They need to be STOP. I am going to try everything to get them SHUT DOWN. Its not fair for people to trust a company to do as they say they are and to give up to almost 1500 to invest in there child lives. My husband and I had wanted our son to get the industry because he has major talent and the money he will make will help us put our son in the top of the line colleges. Where money would not be and issue. But flashcast cheated us it will come back on them so comment so we can take them to small claims or something please. LETS SHUT THEM DOWN
