I have had my vehicle since 03 and it started with Centrix. One day I called and asked how to refinance not knowing much about it. Boy was that the wrong thing to do. They started rudely calling me and asking for there payment on the due date. They would called late at night, at my job, and even calling my parents house. I would send in my payment and they would hold it till it was past due so they could collect more fees.

I asked them to change my due date so I couldn't be late. So when they called one day I was ready for them. They stated my payment was not there yet. I had mailed it on the 27th remind you my payment wasn't due till the 15th and they asked where it was. I told them it was sent off. I asked them it should be there already. They said it took 10 days to get from Texas to Colorado. So it should be there. I said I know. I stated how do you know its not somewhere in the mailroom. They didn't say much and change the subject real quick. But they didn't leave out that they were gonna charged more fees since it wasn't in yet.

Even though I told them over the phone the number of the money order they stated that it wasn't enough proof that I paid. I asked to speak with the accounting department they wouldn't even let me or even give me the number.

This company is a SCAM they are not good business people and warning to all do not do business with this company. They will take your money and not apply it and say you still owe they will take more money than you owe. They will call you demanding payment the day the payment is due.

If you pay early they will hold the funds untill it is late to collect the fees. I have been told by the employees that they will hold all money for 10 days before it gets processed and then it will take another 5-7 days. SO the only way not to be late is to pay 1 month ahead.BUT beware....I did that and they did not put the money toward my balance they put it toward finance fees. They are a SCAM
