This is what I got in the mail today:

First, a check (very real looking), for $4850. In the left corner:
RYDEX INVESTMENTS
9601 Blackwell Road
MD 20850
This CHECK must be deposited by payee and cleared through the payee's bank

The bank on the check is U.S. BANK, Cincinnati

Second,in the left-hand corner, The National Lottery symbol (which is apparently a UK company)...

Third, A blue Title with the words underlined, GLOBAL AWARD INC. Under that in red reads, ADP Games Payment Verification Center. Under that in black and underlined, Award Claim Final Notificaiton

NOTE: The envelope said canadapost. The National Lottery is a UK company, nothing pulls up on web searches for the address posted for Global Award, Rydex Investments address is incomplete on the fake check and no address was given for US Bank in Cincinnati. Check date was August/29/2007
