Global Resources Inc. Won't provide all locations, Won't provide 93 phones included in contract. Contract stated I would recieve all equipment in 45 days, its been over 7 months North Miami Florida

I signed on with global resources on sept.28,2004 by wireing $14,970 for 3 locations to sell cell phones. included in the purchase aggrement was that I was to receive all my equipment including the 3 locations,3 pin terminals,3 display set-ups advertisement materials, and 93 phones in a box in 45 days from sign in. It has now been over 7 months and I have the 3 pin terminals, the 3 display boxes.

The company refuses to send my phones so I can sell any in the 2 locations that I do have. When I call to try to talk to someone in customer service all I get is another BS run around. After reading of GRI in your rip-off report Im sure that Im just another rip-off victim of the GRI Co.

Everyone you know of like me should be able to get together and file legal action.

Any help will be appreciated.

Donald, I enroled at about the same time you have ... check my posting for a rundown of what I have gone through and contact me if you like and it is permissable to RipOf.

Also to one of the additions to your posting, Jim:

If the names and phone numbers are correct and Jim has the permission to list them for everyone here, I thank him.

However, I noticed that your name is missing.

I was just wondering if the names you published are the same ones that GRI gives out and are bogus distributors?

It would be a great help to those ripped off to know that these people are real and in the same boat ... but a cruel joke if they are plants.

How has Ripoff allowed you to list them?

If allowed, I would like to put my name out there for victims to contact ... would that be OK RipOff?

and yes we are all victims. I am JIM and wife Rita in PA ..I was rippped off for 4 Kiosk machines/ EZ Links from Pantheon and I am also trying to recover my losses!
