Just like everyone else. I sent in the $464.00 with no results. I was contacted a few months ago stating my grant company needed an 80 page business plan. I recently received my business plan that I paid an additional $500 for but when I tried to contact IC to tell them it was complete their number was blocked. I emailed them but had no response and since then their website has been removed. I hear they also work under the name Manager Solutions.
