I was contacted by phone demanding that I should pay them the full amount listed above via a credit card. (886)902-3451. Since I had previously notice a bougus claim on my credit report dating back in 2003 that a collection office:

I contacted the Credit Beaureo and BBB online since I did not reside at the address they where claiming I live. This was taken out of my credit report.
However a week ago almost 5 years later I'm being harrased by phone to pay up with a credit card. This is where it did not made any sense. With some of the dates not matching with the ones I have on record. I told them to please send me the bill so I can have proof. Two days later the bill shows up at my home. To make payment to CBCS. I have 30 days to call 1-888-413-0093 account representive. I have all information with since i have not paid this bill yet. But in the mean time this individuals have my personal information and social security number.
I have to contact the attorney generals office to take care of this issue. While I was taking to them, other people like myself where being scam. I have to pickup a certified letter at the post office tomorow. maybe is a another scam from the same individuals. I have already contacted the credit reporting agencies to issue a fraud alert.
