What gives? Ordered products from this company in good faith on Oct. 25, 2003. It is now Jan. 21,2004(2 1/2 months later). Have not received anything or correspondence as far as back ordered or out of stock....nothing! Can't even get through trying to phone them; No answer. Makes one not want to order through the mail anymore.
