ATTENTION CONSUMERS:

I know that a lot of you have been ripped-off by JAYSON RIVERA in Orlando, FL. The address on Antiquera is an apt. I talked to the manager, said that something illegal went down and Jayson and wife Sandra left abruptly in 2005.

The Ponce De Leon Blvd in Coral Gables, the 8131 Vineland in Orlando are all MAILBOXES (mail depots) Not homes or apts.

The address on Kirkland Rd in Orlando is also a drop box.

FYI: Jayson has a real-estate license BK670479 Exp. 9-30-2008 the addr. listed goes to another drop box on Championsgate Blvd. and also the Roberts Landing Rd.

Anything he uses is a BOX. I have a picture of him. I have all his data. He is in hiding.

His email jay@showcase-mdc.com was the name of his real estate scheme. He burned a lot of consumers. I am a few steps behind him.

He is very savvy on the internet or with any type of web schemes. He is form Playa de Salinas, PR Cabo Rojo County.

If anyone has any other hints or emails he may have corresponded. Please reply to the RIP-OFF report. I am a skip tracer, I specialize in locating people. My success rate is about 95%. I just started my search for Jayson Rivera in Jan. 2008.

Jayson Rivera has been located in Orlando, FL. He has been evicted and is moving this weekend April 25/26 2008.

He is going by Amron Agosto.
He is selling "SMOKING JACKETS" on this site:www.sastroli.com (shutdown)
He is very savvy with using the internet to arrange paypal payments: 99% the consumer doesn't get what they bought/ordered. Buyers be aware!!!

I have all data on Jayson Rivera. Where he will move to next is unknown.
