I worked for Mark(AKA Matt) several years ago the last time he was in NJ. It was not the first time he had been there and apparently it would not be the last. Since I worked for him, he has been in Louisianna, Pennsylvania, and Alabama. We tried so hard when he was there last time to get him, but it didnt happen. Everywhere he goes, people try, and they fail. This is not the first time he has used a fake name, but i guess it is not against the law to do that while you are trying to defraud people.

We had the attorney general involved the last time, and i suggest that you do the same. Maybee this time they can prove fraud. I am sure they still have a file on him and the company International Technology Services. That was the name of the company last time he was there. they were located in Edison, NJ.

I hope he gets his chance to come to justice. I see that someone posted his phone number in the above post. he will just change it and the office numbers. I am sure that he already knows that people are on to him, so he will open an office somewhere else and just leave. There is no telling where he may go. I wonder who else in the office is working for him. If he has changed his name, i am sure that his usual accomplisses have too, or they may have another office someplace else that they are running already. They usually have a backup office somewhere so that they can keep making money.

As for your customers receiving anything, they never will. Tell your friends and family that you got taken in by a con man. Maybe if they stopped Bernie Madoff, they will finally put an end to Mingolo. Although i seriously doubt that anything will happen, good luck

It's a major headache for Mingolo and his fellow thieves when you alert your local authorities and your fellow workers as to who he is. One search of the name "Mark Mingolo" on Yahoo or Google tells the whole story. Once the authorities and your fellow workers are on to him, he'll close shop and go elsewhere.His flow of stolen money dries up though, and he has to watch his back so he doesn't get attacked by the people he has ripped off. That is a major headache for him. You also keep other people from getting money stolen from them, theri family and theri friends.

Mingolo will get what's due to him sooner or later. If the authorities don't catch him slipping up, one or more of his victims will take things into theri own hands. There is a special place in hell for pieces of gargage like Mingolo, his wife and the Jenkins twins.

I've contacted the local authorities as well. Best we can do is alert the public to sewer rats like Mark Mingolo, Jamie Jenkins, Mike Jenkins, etc. The toilet will be flushed in Union shortly and these turds will be showing up elsewhere - stealing money from kids and old ladies. There is a special place in hell for these vermin.
