    Corporate Advocacy Program
We received the information about Pioneer Advertising Agency in the mail. We liked what we had read about being able to have an opportunity to make some extra dollars to supplement our income. We were told to Act FAst, because this opportunity would end on December 1, 2007; we then sent the company a money order for $150.00; but never did receive our packet that we were supposed to receive.

A person by the name of "Frances" had called several times when I was not at home, and she finally called again this evening, and I took the call. She told me that she would be my financial adviser with this program and wanted to know why I didn't do the Money Power 3 Marketer for $495.00 fee and receive 60% commission from the sales in place of the !50.00 fee at only 10%. I explained to her, first of all I had never received anything from Pioneer Advertisin Agency for the $150.00 that I had sent in to the company; and why did I want to invest any more until I received what I had already paid for.

She then told me that I would be receiving a contract agreement and on ce they received that back into their office, then I would receive a "Welcome Package". I then told her that I was under the impression that I would receive a "package" of information, and if this was something that I was not interested in doing that I could request a full refund, she then told me "oh no, you won't receive your money back that you paid in. That immediately told me that I had made a "big" mistake in falling for this opportunity.

My husband and I live on a very little fix income and we thought we had found something to supplement it. I am very hurt and disappointed that there are such people out there taking advantage of folks.

Is there some way we can get our $150.00 back?

Pioneer Advertising Agency now Cactus Advertising Agency

AUTHOR: Jim - Holly Hill (USA)

This is to send up a Red Flag concerning Pioneer Advertising Agency and Cactus Advertising Agency and one Michael Forbes.

It appears this is the same scenario offered in 2006-07 and now in 2009.

I did not take the claims made by Cactus seriously, without doing some research, and found Pioneer offered the same exact three tier marketing system...$150, $300 and $495, plus no involvement in it's advertising campaign, and would pay 10, 30, or 60 per cent commisions.

Cactus Advertising Agency is located in Mesa, AZ on Baseline Road.

Beware!

If it looks too good to be true.......

AUTHOR: Kdegru - Ridgefield Park (U.S.A.)

I just received a letter from Cactus Advertising which is also Pioneer Advertising.  I must admit the letter looked a little strange and kind of vague as to what they offer and it seemed suspicious to me.  Thank God for the internet where you can get mutliple opinions about such companies before ever taking the plunge.  Cactus Advertising is of course a rip off company taking advantage of desperate people.  No legitimate company asks for money in order for you to work at an honest endeavor.  I am amazed at how few ripoff reports are shown here.  It looks like this crooked company has been pulling off this same scam from the same address since 2005.  How could they get away with that.  They must have found some kind of legal trick to have actually offered something for the money people have sent.  I did not read the whole mailing because it looked too screwed up to consider seriously.  Buyer beware especially in these desperate ecnomic times we are now in for the foreseeable future.

I received this same letter today and immediately thought that I could do this and was actually going to.  My husband has an I-phone so I looked up the address on Google Maps and all I could see was a shopping center with some signs on them but could not focus in on the writing.  "red flag".  These S.o.b's are making money off of people who desperately need to make extra money and are willing to put every dime they have into something like this.  Don't ever trust these companies that say you can become rich over night.  Of course they will put testimonials down about past success stories and have fake websites and whatever else they can think of to make it more legit to the consumers.  The sad thing about it is we can't do anything about it.  By the time you realize it you have lost a great deal of money and you feel like an idiot to believe all the hype.  Has anyone ever heard of the Better Business Bureau.
