Received notice of "International Promotion Reward" with enclosed check for $2300, supposedly for "administrative expenses"....presumably yet to come! Address on check from Proline is different from mailing envelope. Embossed check address is: 1320 N Whie Chapel Blvd, Southlake, TX 76092-4303. Drawn on Natl Bank of TX at Ft Worth. No fine print..."looks" legit.

Accompanying letter has two grammatical errors - both unlikely to have been commited by any educated secretary: "Your winnings must be claim..." and "Once again on behalf...."

Letter indicates "tried contacting you by phone", but ALL phone communications are recorded and reviewed by me personally. None ever received.

Called "your Representative Mrs. Kimberly Benlock" @ 1-306-880-1965, but no answer.

Best I can figure is "admin. check" would bounce while "Representative" might try to gather bank info for later "transfer" of "winnings". Ain't gonna happen!
