I do not know if this is a rip off scheme or not however I continuously receive emails from Pulte Homes suggesting we have a contract and they are waiting for my approval. I have never had contact with this company or anyone from this company. I have received similar emails from this organization for several months. I cannot contact them re this siisue as I would not know where to start. Replying to their email gets me nowhere.

Dear Jim,
The emails that your are receiving are from our PO system that is used to issue work orders to contractors/vendors for warranty repairs. Somehow your email is in this system and everytime that Jonathan submits a warranty repair request the system then sends out an email, automatically, to you. In order to get these to stop we need to get your email address removed from our system.

This is not a scam or con. Jonathan's phone number is on the email that you have posted and he is a customer relations employee for Pulte Homes in our Arlington, Texas La Frontera community. I have left Jonathan a message and forwarded a link to your posting regarding this matter. I would encourage you to call him as well so that we can get your email removed from our P.O. system.

situation fully resolved

I received a call from a representative of Minuteman Carpet Services (Pulte Homes) today. Minuteman Carpeting and I have similar email addresses so I have been receiving their emails in error.

Please totally disregard my initial report to Ripoffreport.com. I am confident Minuteman Carpet Services is a reputable outfit and will fill your service needs to your satisfaction.
