I'm done. I have tried to get help to keep this business afloat for 9 months now. In the beginning Sarah was eager to hear me call, after a few questions she would get aggitated, so I asked for a different rep. Jason was harsh from the beginning, he just kept saying, read the manual, all the answers are in there. He really meant, good luck trying to find answers in the cheap copied books. I caled corp, asked for help or a refund. 45 grand I have sunk in this. I got a litle help following my first plea for a refund, but then the call backs became farther apart. "Wait for our next meeting for an answer". The official word was, well I'm tired of waiting, I will tell everyone else my experiences.
