Steven E. Parker, Cascade Corporate Services Llc. ,AAA Roofing, New Image Copy Center, And 4 More Stock fraud, bribery, non payment of bills (professional debtor) Marysville Washington

I was an employee of New Image Copy Center at the beginning of 2006. I notice Jason failed to include any references to his claims (concerning judgements, warrants and amounts owed). I don't believe "scammed", "fraud" or "con artist" are appropriate words, as both require intent to deprive, which in my opinion probably did not exist.

It is unfortunate that ripoffreport.com has not provided a better system for checking on such possibly slanderous comments beyond rebuttals such as this one. It is sad that the internet has given rise to what in my opinion are irresponsible practices. I urge you, the reader, to take such comments as Jason's with a huge grain of salt, and make sure to see what the comment does not say.

I worked for Steve parker for a very short time. I went to church with his daughter and son in law who introduced me to him. I had asked him if he needed a laborer, he said yes. He took me out to job site and had me do work for him. I did a damn good job, doing a 2 day job in 5 hours. After that he told me he would meet up with me the next day to pay me. Ever since then it has been excuse after excuse about why he didnt meet me each day, as he keeps saying i will do it tomorrow. At one point he told me he would be at my house to meet me shortly then called me 30 min later to tell me the police had the roads blocked off which caused him to run late so he had to go pick up his wife and then he would come see me on the way back. I called the police and asked them if the roads were blocked off, they said no nothing was going on. He never called me back after that. I check with labor and industries, he says hes licensed and bonded but he had his license suspended back in 2003 for failing to pay for a bond because he had done a horrible job on someones property. Since then he has not been licensed.

I am the niece of said steve parker. Back in 2009 he convinced me to move up to washington and become his accountant for a newly acquired company kiku landscaping.

As I started working for him it became clear that no proper paperwork had been filed and that he knew nothing about landscaping. I strongly believe in Jason's report and he may or may not know me as I regularly visited my uncle while he owned said companies. It is my belief that my uncle has perfected the "I didn't know better" routine as I have seen him use it for years but did not understand until I worked for him that he DID know better. 

He still to this day owes me over a thousand dollars in payroll for the work that I did for him. As life has happened again and again I have lost the pay stubs that I held on to showing proof that I worked for him.

I would also like to mention that while working for him he had a few landscapers working for his landscaping business. One insisted on being paid under the table and the other two were hardworking and had taxes removed from their pay checks.

Taxes that were never reported to the government although my uncle claimed "he would get to filing the paperwork"
When it became clear that he would not pay me what he owed me and did not intend to file any proper paperwork I left and have rarely spoken with him since except on face book.

Another tidbit of information for any who may be attending his new church in lake Stevens Washington. Back in the early 2000's he was an ordained pastor for the church of god. I do not know all the details but I do know that he was removed from his position by the national church of god for failing to keep his books straight and "clean".

I have never bothered to file anything against him because well, he is my uncle. But thanks to his lack of payment of my wages. I have since lost the ability to get a bank account, have yet to get to a place in life where I can pay my student loans, and have horrible credit since I went several months without paying my credit cards and cannot get an apartment without having a secondary person for credit's sake. Working for him ewas the biggest mistake of my life and things have only gotten worse. He needs to be stopped but somehow he always manages to either keep things secret enough to fool others, or escape getting caught with a paper trail. His lack of ability to be honest while being a business man makes him an embaressment to his faith, Christianity.
