Cheated their younger brother out of $15,000.00 of his inheritance, by fraudulent practice. Be aware of this if you ever come in contact with them. They seem as good church going christians but will roll you over for money. Very crooked people!!

Hi, I'm Tom, the person this is about. I find this all very interesting. It is true that Tim received $15,000.00 less than my sister and I, but what he failed to tell was the whole truth, as usual. Before our parents died, Tim and his first wife "borrowed" $15,000.00 from our parents that they never paid back, nor did they have any intention of paying back. After our mother died, our father changed his will, of course, to update it. At that time, dad sat the three of us down and explained that if he were to die, that Tim was to receive $15,000.00 less than he normally would have because of that prior $15,000.00. Tim was fine with this. Dad did pass away and his wishes were carried out; that was how dad saw that things would be fair. So, if Tim felt cheated then that's his problem, but I really have a hard time seeing it that way. Tim has always lived his life full of deceit and lack of purpose and tries to inflict hurt and pain to those around him. He hurt our parents while they were still alive and I believe his conscience bothers him and doing things like this somehow makes him feel better about himself. I pity him. One day the pain and hurt that he causes others will come back to him. Tim, if you are reading this, please stay out of my life. By the way, I do pray for you.

Well, I'm sort-of glad whomever wrote this included my email. Getting the password to the account made it easy. And I have my suspicions of who...
But this is a past and personal issue that was dealt with in 2001 and should've been left there. However, Tom is correct sort-of. The will was not revised but it was a family understanding as he said. End of story. I have not tried to contact you, but best of luck to you, Tom. I hope this is the end of this. I will look to see what else has been falsely put in my name now.

I'm sorry, but my Father's will WAS revised because my Mother died and he needed to revise it to take her out of it. I'm done with this.
